  • Age Discrimination. This discrimination can be used on both older and youthful people. The Equality Act 2010 makes it unlawful to discriminate against employees, job seekers and trainees because of their age.
  • Disability Discrimination. If an employee or potential employee is capable of performing a task, they should not be treated differently from any other person also capable of performing that task because of their disability.
  • Pregnancy Discrimination. Pregnancy Discrimination happen when an employer treats differently or unfavorably a female employee because of pregnancy or childbirth.
  • National Origin Discrimination. Unfortunately, employers sometimes make hiring, firing, promotion, and compensation decisions based on an employee’s national origin.
  • Religious Discrimination. As long as the work is done correctly and there are no difficulties based on the religion an employee is free to believe in what he or she chooses.
